Can AMZA retrieve my old sales data, from before I signed up to AMZA?
Yes, after you sign up, we import all your historical sales data and it becomes visible in your dashboard.

How long time will it take to set up my account?
It depends on the size of your sales history. It can take several hours to fully import your historical data if you have a lot of previous orders. If you are a new seller, it will only take a few minutes.

How accurate is the data in AMZA?
All sales data should correspond to what is shown in your Amazon Seller Central Account. Your profit is an estimate based on your purchase and shipping cost. If you find any discrepancy, reach out to us at

How fast are sales displayed in my dashboard?
AMZA imports sales data every minute and it will be available on your dashboard at the same time, or even sooner than in Amazon Seller Central.

Is my data safe and secure with AMZ Analytics?
Yes, we take data protection very seriously. For data traffic, we use secure SSL encryption. As for your sales data, AMZ Analytics staff members are not able to access any specific account data unless you give us permission to do so.

Can AMZ Analytics make any changes to my seller account?
We currently have no features in place that makes changes to your listings or anything else in your seller central account. When connecting your account, you do give us permission to make changes to your PPC campaigns and we are currently working on a tool to help you optimize your PPC campaigns with AMZA.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, there is no minimum subscription time with AMZA.

Do you offer refunds?
On a case by case basis we can extend refunds to customers canceling their accounts. If you have questions about refunds, simply contact us.

My data in AMZA is inconsistent with my data in Seller Central, what should I do?
We pride ourselves to have the most accurate sales data in the industry. If you find any discrepancy, let us know immediately and we will take care of your request as a priority.
